Dear City Clerk Office,

I am with the City of La Palma and we are submitting a request for any plans/information regarding the GGPD Records Division Remodel (Listed on 2016-2017 Performance Report). We are interested in any information you may have in archive - contractors, plan details, etc. We are also doing a community front office remodel that will include ballistic or bullet proof glass.

It was also noted that Navin Maru and Mark Uphus worked on this project.

Description from Performance Report Text:
"The remodel project includes the redesign of the front lobby. Enhancements will
include asthetic improvements as well as other improvements that will have a
positive impact on customer service and employee safety. The front desk windows
will have safety glass and the walls will have ballistic panels to protect our Records
Division personnel in case of a violent attack from the lobby. There will also be a
kiosk installed so visitors can “take a number” instead of stand in line to conduct
business. The kiosk will also include some “self help” features."
