I am a records research engineer for Congruex Asia Pacific LLP, a contractor for AT&T.

We are currently planning a fiber cable installation project in Gardena and I'm hoping you can provide some information.
Our project is servicing 12432 9th St, Garden Grove, CA 92840

Can you provide water Substructure maps information for the area? A capital improvement plan, as-built document, or GIS screenshot should show this information.
