Please be advised this email contains a Public Records Act Request.
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Govt. Code §§ 6250-6276.48, I (“Requestor”) respectfully requests to inspect all public records in the possession or control of the district, which includes any non-priveleged documents:
A. that contain the total number of employees of Garden Grove that had union dues/fees withheld from their paychecks during the following months: January 2022, February 2023, March 2023.
B. that reports the total number of employees eligible for Union Membership of the Garden Grove during March 2023. If that information is not available, the total number of employees of Garden Grove during March 2023 is requested instead.
