All written rules and/or procedures related to how the city handles unclaimed properties owed to it and held by third parties. Including copies of any agreements the city has entered into with third parties for the recovery of unclaimed properties on its behalf.

For clarity, this request relates to the specific procedures for the city recovering previously unclaimed monies owed to it by third parties, not the procedures for third parties recovering unclaimed property held by the city to be recovered by third parties.
