This is a request for the following records in your possession:
– Any and all documents -- including but not limited to reports, audits, memos and letters - related to any investigation involving Hemopet in Garden Grove conducted by Garden Grove PD and/or Garden Grove Animal Care Services.
– Any and all calls for service by the PD and/or Animal Care Services, and any related incident reports or supplemental reports written by the PD and/or Animal Health Services, involving Hemopet located at 11561 Salinaz Drive in Garden Grove
– Any and all communications – including but not limited to emails, texts, memos and letters – sent or received by any Garden Grove PD employee or Garden Grove Animal Care Services employee that references Hemopet, or is a communication with any Hemopet employee, volunteer or representative.
– Copies of any and all complaints submitted to the PD and/or Animal Care Services related to Hemopet, as well as the outcome of the complaint and any related investigative files.

With regard to emails, I ask that you search all files and baskets, including those for deleted items and drafts, and all drives, from current and previous employees. Please include all attachments with the emails and texts you produce. I ask that any electronic records be produced in their original electronic form.

The timeline of this request is Jan. 1, 2013 through the date this request is fulfilled.
