Per the City's Economic Development Division, the lowest responsive bidder was RT Contractor Corp. Please note that staff is recommending that the Council reject all bids received for this project. The matter is on the agenda for today's Council Meeting - Tuesday, March 28, at 6:30 p.m. The City will be modifying the bid documents and re-advertising shortly thereafter.
