I'm looking for the name of the general / prime contractor that was awarded the contract for the Central Cities Navigation Center. I believe this is a City of Garden Grove project. Any documents about the accepted bid would be helpful, but really I just want the name of the company.

Per the City's Economic Development Division, the lowest responsive bidder was RT Contractor Corp. Please note that staff is recommending that the Council reject all bids received for this project. The matter is on the agenda for today's Council Meeting - Tuesday, March 28, at 6:30 p.m. The City will be modifying the bid documents and re-advertising shortly thereafter.
