To whom it may concern,
I'm submitting approval for an ADU, however, the planning department is requesting a copy of the original plan for the existing home. I'm a bit surprise that the planning department doesn't already have that in the archive. Therefore, can i please get a copy of the original plan for the house at 12382 Twintree Ave. Garden Grove?

The City of Garden Grove does not keep architectural plans, square footage information or drawings for single family dwellings in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at 714-834-2727 to request square footage information.
All building permit records are now available online.
