I would like to request records your office has on file pertaining to the property at 11958-11968 Monarch Street in Garden Grove, Orange County, California.
Terracon has been contracted to perform an environmental site assessment of the above-mentioned property in Orange County. We would like to review environmental information (i.e. hazardous material responses/ inventory, records of soil and water contamination, LUST/UST, any permits or certificate of occupancies that may be on-file from the Building or Planning Divisions, etc.) that your office may have on file for the property.

No Fire Department/Environmental records were found concerning the history of the above-mentioned site, especially as it pertains to current occupant fire code violations, hazardous materials disclosure, permits, and or environmental records.
