Requesting historical water use / water supply data for the city.

Preferred Data format: Daily/Monthly/Yearly time-series of water usage
(It would be great if you could provide the groundwater pumping and surface water usage separately, it would also be fine otherwise)
Preferred Period: 1980 onwards
(It is also fine if the data is not available since 1980, I would be grateful if I could get records that are readily available from as far back as possible in the past)

I am a graduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I would want the data mentioned above for my project on city-scale water use/ demand analysis.
