I am looking to purchase the single family home at 12132 Winton St, Garden Grove, CA 92845. It is a 4bed 2bath house.
Originally, the home was a 3bed 2bath house, and then an additional bedroom has been added to the house maybe around 25 years ago. I want to find out if the addition has been made with a valid permit from the city of Garden Grove. Please provide me a copy of the permit and copy of any other documentation that supports the permit.
