I am conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the following property:

(Please note the property was historically designated with the APN No. 098-023-59)

I am requesting any available records corresponding to underground/aboveground storage tanks, soil/groundwater contamination cases, environmental assessments and/or investigations, hazardous material generation/treatment/storage/disposal, inventory of hazardous materials, toxic substances, etc.

Additionally, three building permits issues to the property address 9001 Trask Avenue were listed on the online portal; however, a pdf file was not available to view/download. If available, I would like to request copies of document associated with the following permit records:
