January 7th 2023, Saturday around 1pm I was involved in a traffic collision on the intersection of Garden Grove Blvd and Newland. I am sending this request to get a copy of that camera recording of the accident showing the traffic light signal color so I can send that to my insurance company for claims. Thank you

Per the City's red light camera division, there are no recording video cameras at this intersection, therefore the City does not have any video footage to provide in response to your request. The video cameras that are above the traffic lights do not have the ability to record, and are a continuous live feed for traffic control purposes only.
