Request documents for the Medal of Honor Bike Pedestrian Trail Park what year Kato Landscape, Inc., they were they managing the irrigation of any ongoing contract with The Real Property Division be authorized to pay Kato Landscape, Inc., in an amount
not to exceed $90,000, for the irrigation and landscaping maintenance contract for
Years two (2) through five (5); and
The City Manager be authorized to execute the agreement, and make minor
modifications as appropriate thereto, on behalf of the City.
The motion carried by a 6-0-1 vote as follows:
Request all invoices submitted from Kato Landscape, Inc from the start to the end of the contract.
