In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act for the state of California in the City of Garden Grove to obtain records from Orange County public records governmental bodies, I am requesting a list of all single-family addresses only. We are interested in locations shut off/disconnected for at least two months consecutively—no personal or private resident information. Water disconnected/shut off beginning October 1, 2022, to today's current date. We are not looking for one specific or single address but all addresses that have been shut off/disconnected for at least two months consecutively located in the city of Garden Grove, Orange County California.
Please include any and all available information for the most recent account holder. PLEASE NOTE IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE NEED TO DO TO ASSIST IN BEING IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUEST.
Correspondence
The City will resume water shutoff on 1/9/2023. Thus, there is no list from 10/1/22 to date. The City of Garden Grove staff has conducted a thorough search of their files and was unable to locate any records concerning your request.
