Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Govt. Code §§ 6250-6276.48, I (“Requestor”) respectfully requests to inspect all public records in the possession or control of the district, which includes any non-priveleged documents:

A. that contain the total number of employees of Garden Grove that had union dues/fees withheld from their paychecks during the following months: July 2022; August 2022; September 2022, October 2022.

B. that reports the total number of employees eligible for Union Membership of the Garden Grove.

C. that contain the total number of employees of Garden Grove that had union dues/fees withheld from their paychecks in January of 2018

D. that report the total number of employees eligible for Union Membership of the Garden Grove in January of 2018
