RESPONSE PRIVATE

Pursuant to the state open records law, California Government Code Sections 6250 to 6277, I would like to request the following records:

The most up-to-date ARPA budget or spending plan, preferably in a spreadsheet format such as Microsoft Excel (xlsx) or comma separated values (CSV). It should include 'Total cumulative obligations', and "Project Description' columns, and ideally, it would follow the same structure (having the same columns and record similar information) as the data submitted previously to the Treasury.
For the Revenue Replacement spending and in the other places where one spending category includes multiple projects, I would like the most detailed breakdown of costs available.
