I would like to request any business or personal information pertaining to TT Express Welding & Iron Work previously doing business at 12862 Joy St., Ste # F, Garden Grove. The reason for my request is because this company provided service to my elderly mother who paid $1300 for a gate and installation on July 14, 2022. They came out and installed the gate, however, after installation, they discovered that some adjustments needed to be done. They removed the gate, returned several more times, then stopped. Fast forward to September, the original installer/owner was no longer available due to personal reasons and his sister took over and had her boyfriend install the gate. He couldn't install the gate completely, so he left with half the gate installed and told my mother that they'd return with a brand new gate or give her money back within 2 weeks. My mother attempted to call many times to get an update, but they rejected her call. The phone number is no longer in service and we have no way of getting in touch with them. We would like to obtain their license number, name of business owner, address, etc. to pursue getting our money back possibly through small claims court or whatever option we can agree to. Please help us. Thank you.

Request for Public Records – City of Garden Grove Notice of Extension
The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated October 13, 2022, Request #8095. The City’s intent is to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The City is in the process of evaluating this request and is compiling records in an effort to make a determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of the City of Garden Grove. However, notice is hereby given that the time limit to make this initial determination under the code shall be extended by fourteen (14) days to November 7, 2022, pursuant to Government Code §6253, for the following reason:
(a) The extension of time is reasonable and necessary for the proper processing of the request.
As noted above, the City’s written determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records in the possession of the agency shall be sent to you on or about November 7, 2022. Pursuant to the Act, thereafter any and all disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you.
