Building permit history for three addresses on separated parcels.
Briar Crest and Rose Crest Apartments.
11681, 11682, 11762 Stuart Drive
Garden Grove, CA 92843
Original permit applications and finalized inspection records would be helpful.
A renovation project was also completed in the recent past so those closed permits would also be helpful.
This is being requested as part of a lender transaction due diligence assessment of the Property being completed by f3, inc.
A previous request was submitted, but not all addresses were searched, and it was not clear if permits were not available or not searched.
We appreciate your help with this matter.
