To obtain the work order written for the removal of a 40+year old tree in Edgar park, located at 12781 Topaz/ Cerulean Ave. Garden Grove, Ca 92845. Tree was removed Friday August 4th, 2022 Location trees facing Owen St./ Cerulean parking lot.. This request includes for ALL the assessments filed/ work orders filed and any and all approvals to complete this removal, As well any and all posting plans of ANY additional trees that are being planned for removal in this park location. Records MUST include of all details on the matter as listed below:
1.The actual assessment work order on why that tree was to be removed including any and all past passements.
2.I want the actual public notice(copy of the filing will suffice) that was filed to remove that Tree.
3. The public notice that they posted to remove that tree.
4.The work order for the removal of that tree.
5. The name names of each party /company involved in the assessment and removal of the tree.
6. Who is the claiming landowner(s) of Edgar Park this park/ land and is responsible for authority.
