I would love to have building record( including permits, total square feet of a house that I am on the process of purchasing.) The address of the house is 10651 Pearl St, Garden Grove, CA 92840. It is currently listed at 3beds, 2 baths, 1,252 sqft. But I doubt that permitted square feet of the house is probably lower than that. It also come with a detached garage and ADU. I also would love to find out if that ADU has a permit. Thank you!
