I would also like a copy of any changes made to my home by the previous owners. I bought my condo in January 2014 and I would like to sell my condo and would like to know the history for the new buyer. Thank you.

The City of Garden Grove does not keep architectural plans, square footage information or drawings for single family dwellings in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at 714-834-2727 to request square footage information.
All building permit records are now available online.
