Please be advised this email contains a Public Records Act Request:.

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Govt. Code §§ 6250-6276.48, I (“Requestor”) respectfully requests to inspect all public records in the possession or control of the district, which includes any documents:

A. that contain the total number of employees of Garden Grove that had union dues/fees withheld from their paychecks for any/all of the following months: April 2022; May 2022; June 2022.

B. that reports the total number of employees that are covered under a collective bargaining contract. (If this number is not available can you please provide the total number of employees of Garden Grove for each of the respective months.

If you are not the correct person to handle incoming CPRA requests, please email me the correct point of contact's name & email so I can update my records. If you have any questions please respond letting me know.
