I am working on behalf of Southern California Gas Company to obtain a copy of the certificate of liability insurance for New World Construction, License #308635, that preferably covers the date of 12/12/2019. They were working at 12291 Oakwood St when they damaged gas service. Would the city of Garden Grove keep insurance records for this contractor, perhaps for licensing or permitting?
