Building permit information can be obtained by using the link provided; attached to the response was a matrix of Code Enforcement cases pertaining to the property. The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for citing zoning violations. And, the City of Garden Grove contracts Fire and Paramedic Services with the Orange County Fire Authority. For open violations pertaining to the Fire Codes, please use the link below for information on obtaining records.
