I live at 5471 Trinette Ave. Garden Grove, CA 92845. The wall behind my house that's next to Lampson Avenue was damaged back in March and I was told by the Risk Management Department that the city is not responsible for fixing the wall. I have hired a contractor and the wall is repaired now, but I want to claim it from my insurance and they need a written statement saying that the wall is my responsibility and not the city's.
