#1.] "City’s budgeted equipment rental rate for a standard sedan"
by year for the years 2022 through 2014.
#2.] Please provide which City Dept sets this rate, the process used and resources / documentation from which this rental rate is derived.
Possibly from a published, national, state or local survey?

The City of Garden Grove staff has conducted a thorough search of their files and was unable to locate any available records concerning your request, due to the type of record keeping currently in place within Public Works and the records being requested as they are.
