Request #7716

We received the bid proposals per request number 7715 ,however, the documents were not the bid packets in their entirety. We are requesting all documentation submitted in the bid packages for all bidders (including the envelopes bids and any forms, bonds, letters of assent ect.) that were submitted in for all bidders.
