I would like to request a copy of a Fire Incident Report or Fire Department Records of a call on Saturday, November 4, 2017, to assist a man fallen at 12441 Loraleen Street, Garden Grove, CA 92841. My brother, Larry Stoner had fallen from bed and his wife was unable to lift him.
