I have received a letter from USCIS that requested me to submit an official transcript from Newton International College to complete my Adjustment of Status process. The school was located at 11751 Monarch St, Garden Grove, CA, 92841, but it was permanently closed in 2017. Therefore, I would like to request a record of the school’s closure to explain why I cannot get the official transcript from the school.
