Public Records Request - City of Garden Grove

Good Morning,

Over a year ago we requested some real estate performance from yourselves, I am hoping to now request information from your investment pools, relating to the performance of all the closed-end funds including Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate and Real Assets you invest in for Q4 2021 or the most recent quarter you have available.
I am looking for details, including standard data, such as:
• Fund name
• Management Company
• Vintage Year
• Commitment Amount
• Commitment Date
• Paid-In Capital
• Distributions
• IRR (Gross and Net)
• Fair market value of the investment
• Lifecycle Stage (Fundraising, First Close, Second Close, Investment Period, Holding Period, Liquidating/Exit Period, Liquidated)
As per the California Public Records Act , could you please attempt to provide me with the information within 10 business days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer, could you please contact me with information about when I might expect copies of the requested records.
If for any reason you don't invest in any of these types of funds please let me know and I will remove this request.
If you wish to deny any or all of this request, could you please cite each exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information.
