I am trying to locate the owner/ property manager for the College Park East Center in Garden Grove, CA regarding an accident in their parking lot that occurred on 5/21/2019. Our insured hit a wall located at 12561 Manley. The wall runs through the College Park East Center. Businesses include Lampson Liquor and Chess Palace. Contact with businesses in the center have not offered any contact information. I am unable to locate a management office on the web. Can you assist with contact information/ business ownership for the shopping center?
