We are performing an environmental site assessment for the site located at 12620 Westminster Avenue, Units B and C (APNs: 938-691-13 and 938-691-14) in Garden Grove, CA 92843 and associated parent parcel and are looking for the following documentation (if available):
• Documentation related to underground storage tanks at the property/parent parcel (certificates of approval for removal, permits for installation, removal, etc.)
• Certificates of occupancy dating back to first development of the property/parent parcel (or earliest available).
• Asbestos or lead based paint abatement documentation.
• Documentation related to releases/spills of hazardous materials at the property/parent parcel.
• Documentation related to septic systems or supply wells at the property/parent parcel.
• Dates of public sewer and water connections.
