The Los Angeles Unified School District's Office of the Inspector General is conducting a market survey of the fully-burdened billing rates for architects and engineers in the Los Angeles area. The District's intent is to provide billing rates that are fair to both the District and its consultants. Therefore, we would like to request for copies of all current architectural and engineering services contracts between the City of Garden Grove and its clients as part of our review.
