Our team has developed a new property information portal to assist the public in accessing parcel data and learning more about properties. In addition to assessment and zoning information, we’ve found that the public is very interested in being able to review the building permit history of a property.

We were able to locate your local building permit history on your website. We realize this data is not fully complete, primarily due to the process to convert older records into that database.
1. Can you provide us access to any additional digitized records (both data and the actual building permit documents) that are not currently in the online portal?
2. Can you provide us information on the process and potential fees to acquire all non-digitized building permit history data for all parcels in a digital format?

For those building permits not noted/available through your current website source, we've found that many jurisdictions are able to run an export of the building permit list of the older permits. They can do an export from their previous tracking system (whether that's a formal permit system, Microsoft Access, or just a spreadsheet). An export of the data from this is perfect.

Can an export of a report from the earlier system/method be sent to us? Or does the online platform include all historic building permit information for the City?
