Hello,
I would like to check on a permit that was not sign off on the property at 10446 Ballard Drive, Garden Grove, CA 92840. The Assessor Office shows that there was a permit that was not sign off. Can you please help provide a copy and also the reason why it was not sign off? Thank you.
