There are 3 backflow devices on the property on the irrigation (test reports are attached).

Any Tenant Improvements will trigger installation of the meter protection (RP device) and Irrigation device if that hasn't been done yet. Also, plans submitted for any work on the Fire Line, Fire Sprinkler System will trigger installation of the DCDA.
