I need video recording of traffic cameras near Garden Grove Blvd and Donegal Drive in front of Hanmi Bank. The video recording needed is for Tuesday July 27, 2021 between 3:50 - 4:15.

What would I need to do to request the still photos for Garden Grove and Donegal during the specific time period?

Per the Garden Grove Police Department, there are no video cameras at Garden Grove Blvd and Donegal. There may be cameras on top of the light standards, but they are for still shots of locations for the city's traffic center, and do not have the ability to record.
