My name is Duy Ha. I have a letter from USCIS that requested me to submit the official transcript from Newton International College which was located in 11751 Monarch St., Garden Grove, CA 92841 in order to complete my Adjustment of Status interview. The school is permanently closed. I would like to have a letter from the city of Garden Grove indicating the status of the school as a proof.
