Request for all land-use and building approvals for the subject property between 1979 and present, including:

• Land use approvals. All land use entitlement decisions approved by any decision-making body of the City (e.g., Planning Department/Director, Planning Commission, and/or City Council) obtained for the purpose of developing the above property (e.g., general plan amendment, zone change, variance, subdivision, use permit, development agreement, development permit, site plan review, or planned development), including any approval documents (e.g., resolutions or ordinances), decision findings, and conditions of approval.

• Building approvals. Building Department permits for new structures and/or additions to structural square footage (please do not include electrical, plumbing, or mechanical permits), and certificates of occupancy, covenants and conditions, and affidavits.

• Code Enforcement. Any code enforcement actions/documents, including notices of violation, inspection reports and status/disposition information.
