Traffic signals at:
1) Valley View st and West Grove st is red on Valley View st even there is no car on West Grove or car on southbound Valley View making a U-turn.
2) Can you reduce green timing on East/Westbound Chapman ave at Valley View st? The green timing is too long even there is only 1 or 2 cars on Chapman ave. Let more green timing on Valley View st because traffic heavy is very heavy on Valley View.
3) I know for sure Traffic is very heavy on Valley View st North/South bound between Garden Grove Blvd and Chapman ave because West side of Valley View st is blocked by the military base and others. Can you increase and synchronize Valley View st by increasing more green timing?
