Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the following property:
13242 Century Boulevard,
Garden Grove, California 92843
As part of the assessment, we are requesting, under the Freedom of Information Act, any and all records you have for the above-referenced property pertaining to the following:
• Building permits, Certificates of Occupancy, Zoning determination and any code violations, records of current or historical Underground or Aboveground Storage Tanks, or outstanding and resolved violations of any kind
• Hazardous material permits or release cases
Please forward any records that exist for the aforementioned property or any other pertinent information, at your earliest convenience.
