Under California’s Public Records Act (CPRA), the Los Angeles Times requests records of all Garden Grove fire/EMS calls for service to 13112 Nelson Street Unit E from Jan. 1, 2019, to Aug. 15, 2019. The Times also requests the fire/EMS incident reports for all calls to the address during this time period.

I request this information be provided electronically via email attachment.

This information is being sought on behalf of The Times for dissemination to the general public in the process of newsgathering and I request any fees be waived as this request involves a matter of public interest.

The California Public Records Act requires a response within 10 days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions in the CPRA.
