I hope this finds you well during these difficult times.
I am reaching out again with a records request for 12312 Fallingleaf St. I submitted Request #5909 for a complete copy of all the records on file but the provided documentation was incomplete (i.e., details of only two out of four cases on record were given, inaccessible links were provided). I have included more specific instructions to prevent further misunderstandings on the nature of my request.
Per the California Public Records Act, I request the following documents in PDF format for the address 12312 Fallingleaf St.:
1. All documents on file for case no. 181168 and citation no. 181168-001, including but not limited to the following:
a) The original complaint that was submitted to the City of Garden Grove and opened case no. 181168. The Community and Economic Development referred me to your office for the original copy of this document.
b) The proactive report.
c) Details of the inspection.
d) Notice letters.
e) Additional reports, documents or comments on file.
2) The original file you provided for records request #5909 directed me the following webpage: https://ch.ci.garden-grove.ca.us/code/cases/181168. I was unable to access those records as it requests a log-in and password
a) Please provide any documentation stored there.
For each of the aformentioned, please either 1) provide the specific documentation in the format requested or 2) explicitly state that you cannot provide the specific documentation and why (e.g., does not exist). If portions of the records are exempted, please provide the non-exempt portions of the relevant records.
