PES Associates, Inc. is conducting Environmental Site (Phase I) and Property Condition Assessments at (Site) 12761 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove, CA 92840. As part of the assessments, we are requesting any records of certificates of occupancy/compliance, building plans, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, hazardous or flammable materials storage permits, fire department inspection reports, releases of oil or hazardous materials at or near the property, notices of violation or complaints, water and sewer connection dates, and any septic system records.
