In regards to the attached files, the assisted living center that currently occupies the property was approved in 1997. The City's Planning Commission approved Site Plan No. SP-197-97, Conditional Use Permit No. CUP-351-97, and Variance No. V-210-97 under Resolution No. 4787. Planning Commission also passed Resolution No. 4788 recommending to City Council to approve Municipal Code Amendment No. A-178-97. City Council shortly thereafter approved Municipal Code Amendment No. A-178-97 under Ordinance No. 2433, and also a Development Agreement under Ordinance No. 2434.
In the previous response are four attached files:
(1) The project case folder. This includes all relevant resolutions, ordinances, memos, and reports regarding SP-197-97, V-210-97, CUP-351-97, A-178-97, and the development agreement.
(2) The plans that were shown to Planning Commission and City Council.
(3) The construction documents used to obtain building permits.
(4) A traffic study regarding the project.
