I acquired the house at 11421 Banner Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843. There are two existing patios in the back and on the east side of the house.
I would like to have the house plan records to see if they are already permitted so we can plan for the permit.

The City of Garden Grove does not keep architectural plans, square footage information or drawings for single family dwellings in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at 714-834-2727 to request square footage information.
All building permit records are now available online.
