We don't see any verbiage in the documents regarding the timeline for filing a protest. We are concerned that we won't be able to file a protest if we don't receive a copy of the proposal for the apparent low bidder in a timely manner. Please provide us with a timeline for filing a protest and when we can expect to receive the copy.
