received red light violation on 1.15.20 and feel that light was not working properly. Would like to know, % times that all red light violations may not be accurate? Intersection of Trask and harbor EB(eastbound), from 12.01.19 through1.31.20. Could this light not have been working properly on 1.15.20? What is % of light, possibly not working properly on that day?
