Hello, We are requesting the unredacted and complete files related to the previous file request identified as Request # 5373 and # 4007. These are associated with the address 7311 and 7341 Anaconda Ave. Garden Grove. We, Roux Associates, also have a current request in process (# 5894).
Please find attached an Authorization letter from the property owner to release confidential/proprietary records.
Of note, the Site is currently vacant and past tenants are no longer at the property.
